SmartProof provide products and systems for the following people:
- Anyone with some kind of stock image library, who wants to sell those images as a printed product
- Anyone who needs an image library so they can sell their images as a printed product
- photographers / artists who want to show their clients an online proof of a photo or custom artwork so the client can approve and pay
- businesses who want to offer their customers the ability to upload a file to be printed
- businesses who will receive printed / digital images directly (face-to-face) from their customers (eg; photo processing store) to be printed
Services - Smart Uploader™
Whether you have your own printing equipment or not, you still need an efficient way to receive files from your customers, show online proofs, organise payment and track deliveries.
SmartProof have developed all the online systems required to offer custom prints to your customers. Our Smart Uploader allows your customers to upload their images, view proofs online and track the progress of their order. Our SmartProof Engine links with your existing image library to provide a proofing and ordering system.
You either print the images yourself or specify who you want to print your client's images and SmartProof will provide the 'link' between your customer's orders and your designated printing company.
If you are printing / framing yourself, we can supply you with all the materials required through our online store.
Beyond the online Smart Uploader and SmartProof Engine, SmartProof also provide:
- a database to store order details (product type / size, options, order status, shipping details, etc)
- systems to email your customers to show them online proofs, request payment, etc
- systems to show online proofs, suggest frame sizes based on the image dimensions
- systems to track the order progress, track deliveries, etc
We charge a small percentage of all received orders rather than charging one upfront fee. This means you do not need to invest in the technology to handle the entire upload / proofing / order management process for printed images. You don't even need a printer!

SmartProof have developed a light-weight, completely customisable, image library that can be hosted on YOUR server.
- hosted on your server / your domain
- all original images are stored on our server (we worry about having enough space)
- completely customisable to look and feel how you want
- integrating shopping cart
- can be linked to the Smart Uploader for the finalising of orders (capturing delivery details, processing payment, etc)
- Any updates we make to the image library are INSTANTLY applied to anyone using our system

If you have your own printing equipment, we can supply:
- rolls of canvas and fine art papers
- large format printer inks
- laminates
- stretchers bars for stretched canvas prints
- acrylic sheeting and accessories for images mounted in acrylic
