Web-based uploader and internal databases / systems
We have developed an extremely powerful and easy-to-use 'Smart Uploader'. This can be added to your web site and 'skinned' to look and feel how you want. You decide what you want to offer your customers and we configure accordingly.
You direct customers to the Smart Uploader and all received orders are processed by us and sent to you or your preferred printing company for printing.
All the internal system to track the sale, manage shipping and consignments, etc are included as part of the SmartProof system.
Your customers may be purchasing images from a pre-existing image library as opposed to uploading their own images for printing. If this is the case then the information under the 'Detailed Information' link will explain how our system can be integrated into an existing image library.
Computer and printing equipment
If you want to do your own in-house printing, then you'll need to invest in the appropriate equipment and staff. Alternatively we can help you find a suitable printing company who can print the orders that are received through SmartProof. SmartProof will liaise with your printing company to ensure your orders are printed and shipped to your customers.
Technical / creative Staff and customer support staff
With SmartProof handling the systems and if you've found a suitable printing company to do all your printing, then you really don't need any staff to process images, check colour, etc.
You really only need staff to customer support - but we can even handle all on-line / email / phone based customer support on a dedicated number that you advertise meaning you don't need any customer support staff either!
SmartProof simply charge you a small percentage of all orders that go through the system. That way there's no huge setup cost and you only pay if you're receiving orders. All you have to do is advertise and SmartProof does the rest.
